Barry Waatti, Vice President

A graduate of Michigan Tech, Barry has been involved in engineering and custom manufacturing for nearly 30 years. His drive & passion for excellence are only exceeded by his determination & honesty. Barry's devotion to family and community is evidenced by the culture he works to create every day at PILLER AIMMCO.

Lloyd Booth, VP

Lloyd Booth, Vice President

Lloyd began his career as a machinist where he developed the critical skills necessary to imagine in 3-dimensions, analyze and problem solve. A quick study and very much a people person, Lloyd's sharp wit and outgoing personality quickly led to success in technical sales. His integrity is rivaled only by his ability to empower fellow colleagues.

Kyle Waatti, Eng. Mngr.

Kyle Waatti, Engineering Manager

A graduate of Michigan Tech with honors, Kyle joined our team in 2011 after cutting his teeth in the automotive and aviation industries working in design, test and program management for several industry leading firms including G.E. Heading-up our staff of eight seasoned mechanical and manufacturing engineers, Kyle's diverse design & tooling expertise, together with his open and collaborative approach are invaluable to our organization, and most importantly to the clients we serve.

Manufacturing Operations

Kevin Mark, Molding Ops Mngr.

Kevin Mark, Molding Production Manager

Kevin has worked in the plastic injection molding industry for more than 38 years with key production management positions at a number of large well recognized OEM's and contract manufacturing firms. With a gregarious and outgoing personality, Kevin leads by example, routinely stepping up to do what is necessary to support clients and staff. Extremely organized, Kevin thrives in the fast-paced environment of contract manufacturing.

Sam Waatti, Tooling Ops Mngr.

Sam Waatti, Tooling Operations Manager

Another graduate of Michigan Tech, Sam is very much a “hands-on” manager, an invaluable attribute when overseeing the production and scheduling of 20-30 custom tools every month! With a deep background in manufacturing operations & project management, Sam is an aggressive advocate for our clients and wears many hats during his work weeks, from scheduling production and overseeing equipment maintenance, to jumping in when necessary to assist our toolmakers and craftsmen at the 11th hour when the chips are down.

Nathan Piller, Facilities Mngr.

Nathan Piller, Facilities Manager

Nathan's roots go all the way back to the 1990's, when as a teenager he joined his father Mike in his expanding contract injection molding business. Nate's problem solving skills, eagerness to learn and exceptional mechanical aptitude led to many successes over the ensuring 20+ years including major plant expansions and management of key accounts. His knowledge spans every aspect of our enterprise, from the nuances of processing & equipment technology to logistics and operations. Nate's passion continues to be a vital element of our combined organization, providing leadership, overseeing the operational facilities and continuing to foster close relationships with clients and suppliers.

Tony Peterson, Manufacturing Mngr.

Tony Peterson, Manufacturing Manager

Another Michigan Tech engineer with a wealth of manufacturing experience, Tony joined the PILLER AIMMCO team in early 2017. He began his career with a fortune 500 electronics company where he quickly rose to lead a team of engineers successfully implementing and overseeing the high volume manufacturing of HDD subassemblies. After moving to the PNW, Tony spent several years in the custom cabinetry industry implementing automated solutions before joining an established manufacturer of multi-tools in a management position overseeing manufacturing and engineering. Tony's role at PILLER AIMMCO is multi-faceted, from leading efficiency improvements to assisting our manufacturing, engineering and quality teams with his expertise.

Project Management

Greg Piller, Project Mngr.

Greg Piller, Molding Manufacturing Manager

A Washington State University alum with a BS in Mechanical Engineering, Greg has been applying his skills for more than 20 years. After joining PILLER PLASTICS in 1997, Greg focused on our manufacturing operations, laying the groundwork to exponentially grow the business through his leadership and technical direction. Greg's diverse background in plastics manufacturing technology coupled with his low key demeanor and integrity are hallmarks of the PILLER brand, and are evidenced by the close relationships he has forged with our team, our clients and our partners.

Regina Ferrier, Project Mngr.

Regina Ferrier, Project Manager

With a background in physical sciences from the University of California San Diego, and 21 years of experience as a project manager for firms involved in design, rapid prototyping, tooling, manufacturing and injection molding, Regina brings a wealth of experience to our organization and to our clients. An efficient communicator with exceptional organizational skills, Regina leads our customer service team and supports our manufacturing operations while providing effective project management for new and existing products.

Brian Hug, Sales Mngr.

Brian Hug, Sales Manager

A graduate of Oregon Tech with a BS in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Brian brings nearly 30 years of experience in custom contract manufacturing, technical sales and plastics technology to our team. Having worked in foreign and domestic markets ranging from heavy industrial to defense, aerospace and medical, Brian's communication skills and knowledge of manufacturing, quality systems, project management and engineering fundamentals uniquely position him to collaboratively work with all of our clients to find solutions and add value.

Nina Preston, Quality Mngr.

Nina Preston, Quality Manager

Another Washington State University alum, Nina started her work career with a global consumer electronics company in 1998, and quickly established herself on the manufacturing side of operations during a period of fast paced growth with numerous new product launches. With hands-on manufacturing and quality systems experience, Nina has thrived in her role at PILLER AIMMCO, providing leadership in executing quality process improvements and building on our high standards of excellence evidenced by our continued ISO 9001:2008 certification and on-going Kaizen activities.
